Who we are

Judy Julius

Owner/Consultant

Judy has over 35 years of EEO/affirmative action experience, including 13 years of corporate human resources experience, allowing her to bring a practical approach to the preparation of an AAP.

Judy started her St. Louis based consulting firm specializing in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action in 1993.

Together with Janice and Dani, her team prepares over 70 plans each year and assists companies through their compliance reviews.
